The Stacks Training Program offers in-depth training on all of Stacks’ features, tools, and resources. Here is an overview of the program as well as some work to get you started with Stacks.

  1. Time to Explore - it’s time to start exploring the platform. Take the time to access your new Stacks website and become familiar with the platform. Start thinking about how you want your new site to look as well as how it will be laid out.

  2. Stacks Resources - become familiar with the learning tools and information available to assist. 

    1. Stacks Support: This is the Stacks support desk. Not only is it equipped with our digital user manual, but also step by step instructions and tutorial videos that will help you either get started or answer any questions you might have about a particular tools or feature. Stacks Support also provides access to our forums page where you can explore Q&A between the Stacks Customer Support Team and the Stacks Community. Visit Stacks Support here

    2. Stacks Academy: This is our YouTube video tutorial channel. Stacks Academy has both in-depth and at a glance videos offering insight into the features and tools of the platform. Visit the Academy here

Setting Up Your Training Sessions 

It’s time to start thinking about training. Setting up training sessions will begin the process of teaching you and your team about Stacks and its many features. To set up your session visit our booking tool here.

Training Program Overview

The Stacks Training Program consists of training sessions used to explore the platform and answer questions along the way. The agenda and content details for each session can be found here at Stacks Support. The sessions are broken into the following concepts: 

  • Session 1 - Getting Started - provides an introduction to the platform and serves as an opportunity to customize the structure and components of the training program. We will review the main components of the Stacks platform and identify areas of the site to be customized. 
  • Session 2 - Building Content - explores creating content with Stacks and how the platform’s pages, tools, and features can be used to bring your website vision to life. 
  • Session 3 - Special Tools & Features - looks at a number of special tools that can be used to highlight content, book rooms and create events. This session also offers the opportunity to revisit any topics or content that may require a second look. 


Each Training Session will be followed by custom content intended to assist you as you explore the Stacks platform and prepare for your next Session. This content is meant to be reviewed between each session to allow you to ask questions pertinent to how you will use the features and tools to build your website. It’s Time to Think About... 

Begin thinking about the following in preparation for Session 2:

  • Your website’s Information Architecture including Menu structure 

  • The Filter Vocabularies you are looking to employ to organize content on your site
